Breng de geselecteerde handcrème met kleine ronddraaiende bewegingen aan op de rug van je hand. Wrijf vervolgens de ruggen van je handen tegen elkaar en masseer het zorgvuldig in de huid van de hele hand. Vergeet de handpalmen, vingertoppen, vingertoppen, interdigitale ruimtes en polsen niet. In de regel is het voldoende om één keer per dag handcrème te gebruiken. Als je handen echter gestrest of erg droog zijn, is het aan te raden om meerdere keren per dag handcrème aan te brengen. Daarnaast hebben gestreste handen baat bij een handmasker dat een of twee keer per week wordt aangebracht. Breng voor een handmasker je gebruikelijke handcrème royaler aan op je handen.
